The BEST Chewy M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies

Okay, but these cookies are IT. These cookies are gone within minutes no matter where I bring them.
Here is what you'll need:
3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1.5 teaspoons of vanilla
1 cup of salted butter (softened)
2 eggs
5.1 oz of instant vanilla pudding
2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3/4 cup of m&m's
1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips (I prefer Ghiradelli)
Instructions:
🍪 In a large bowl, stir together the flour and baking soda. Set aside.
🍪 Using a mixer or hand mixer: cream together the sugars and butter.
🍪 Once the sugars and butter are creamed, add 2 eggs and continue mixing.
🍪 Next, add the vanilla and the instant vanilla pudding.
🍪 Pour the flour mixture into the rest of the ingredients.
🍪 Carefully, add the M&M's and chocolate chips to the dough. Do not mix too long.
To ensure all the cookies bake the same, I take a 1/4 cup and scoop out the dough. Shape them into balls, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. When I place the cookie dough balls on the sheet I lightly press them down so they are flatter. Pop them into the freezer for about an hour (I put mine in over night and they were good to bake the next morning). Preheat the oven to 375°F . Bake the cookies for about 13-15 minutes. This will completely depend on your oven. I take them out when the edges begin to golden. Leave the cookies on the baking sheet for a couple minutes when they come out of the oven.
I hope you love this recipe! Happy to answer any questions in the comments :)
